5m Roll of Plain 40mm Bias Binding Tape

A high quality bias binding tape. It is 40mm wide in its finished form - with the two outer edges folded in. If the tape was unfolded, the tape would be nearly 80mm wide. This is called a closed-fold bias binding tape.

Bias tape is used in making piping, binding seams, finishing raw edges, etc. It is often used on the edges of quilts, placemats, and bibs, around armhole and neckline edges instead of a facing, and as a simple strap or tie for casual bags or clothing.

This is our 5m listing, where each unit you add will be a separate 5 metre roll of bias binding. We also have a 25m listing where you can save around 20-30% on a full 25 metre reel.
