This fabric is a Silky soft quilted insulated fabric which is ideal for fabulous jackes, tops, gillets as well as a variety of other projects. The outer face has the main design and the inside is a plain black fabric. This is essentially as quilted fabric with two outer fabrics that sandwich a thin layer of insulating wadding material.
