Tapestry Bumblebee Cushion Panel Piped Project Kit (zip+envelope) Black

We created this little sewing kits as an affordable way for you to get all the materials you need to make one cushion. Instead of purchasing the fabrics by the 3x panels or the piping in 5 meter packs, you'll get just the right amount (and a little extra ) for one zipped or envelope back cushion. 

This sale is for all the items you need to sew a piped zipped or envelope back bee cushion cover. It is not a pattern kit, so it won't have any instructions. It simply includes the fabric and haberdashery needed to make it so you can save a bit by only getting the amount of fabric needed for one project.

Here's what you will get:

• Bee Tapestry Panel approx. 45cm Square
• Plain Black canvas Backing Fabric (50cm x 70cm)
• 14 Inch Invisible black Zip
• Matching 100m Gutermann Thread
• 3m of black Coloured Medium Plus Piping

Please Note: The thread and zip colours may differ from the one pictured depending on our current stock if we need to make up more kits.

The kit doesn't have any instructions, just the parts you will need. You will need to buy your own cushion inner. The cushion pictured that I made, is a standard 16" but as depending on your seam allowance, you could make yours a bit bigger.

If you aren't comfortable with sewing an invisible zip, there is enough of the plain backing fabric to make an envelope cushion.

This linen look fabric is slightly heavier than quilting cotton and a little more hardwearing. These types of fabric are often a blend of cotton and polyester but give a really lovely natural look.

We try to produce accurate images. You will often see the fabric with a ruler along the bottom and this is an actual scan to demonstrate the scale of the fabric print/design, shown in centimetres.
