Micro Crinkle stretch - Deadstock Designer Fabric - Lilac

A double sided knit with a smooth one side and a sublte micro crinkle the other. It can be used either side depending on what look you prefer. It would look great used both faces on the same outfit as the lilac colour is a little brighter on the smooth side.

This fabric is similar to scuba but with a nice raised pattern. It's a double knit made from polyester and spandex, with a fine gauge thread and a smooth texture, textured on the front, smooth on reverse. It is a little springy, very smooth and has a nice drape to it. A good structure that holds its shape creating a beautiful smooth sculptural effect, perfect for a flattering dress or even a crinkle look swimsuit or bikini.

This fabric is a true deadstock designer material so we will not be able to re-order and we might have limited stock available. Grab some of of this amazing material while you can because when it's gone, it's really gone!

What is True Deadstock and ex Designer fabric? In case you are unfamiliar with what Deadstock fabric is, here's a little info: Deadstock fabric refers to material that was produced by a textile mill or manufacturer for a particular project or customer, but ultimately goes unsold and unused. This can happen for a variety of reasons, such as overproduction, canceled orders, or design changes. Rather than being discarded or destroyed, the fabric is sold to third-party vendors or resellers who then sell it to consumers or other businesses.

Deadstock fabric is often sought after by designers and makers in the fashion industry because it can be a sustainable and ethical option of producing small batches of products or creating a unique handmade wardrobe.
