Jersey Needle
Here on this video I used a jersey needle size 70 to applique jersey fabric on to a jersey tshirt. The needle performed perfectly with no skipped stitches or puckering, resulting in a completely flat finished design. I also pre stabilised and ironed on the design fabric pieces with Steam a Seam.
Tip
- The needle size should be adapted to the material.
- Better to use a Stretch or Super Stretch Needle for highly elastic fabrics.
