This is a medium weight quilting cotton can also be used for dressmaking projects that require materials with little or no stretch. These cottons work will for projects like dresses, skirts, shirts, shorts and blouses.

Good quality woven cotton, nice and stable, easy to sew, doesn't fray too much. The print is a bit bluer than shown in the listing (which is the opposite of a problem from my perspective), a mixture of purple and aquamarine, and more vibrant than the photos do justice. I absolutely love it, and I'm in the process of making a romper from it.
